    JOB SUMMARY

    The Human Resource Manager will lead TrumpCard’s Human Resources department in conjunction with our Corporate Human Resources leadership and functional support in Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefits, and Systems Support. The work includes the employee experience from hire to retire by coaching and administrating best practices for talent selection, administering compensation, benefits, leaves, and partnering with people managers to enable high performing team across our functions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy and Corporate HR Roadmap to enable success
    • Champion a high-performance culture where employees are engaged, and managers are equipped with the tools and resources to maximize individuals’ performance
    • Conduct onboarding, including training, TSA Compliance, and internal procedures
    • Promote a respectful and inclusive culture that creates and empowers a diverse culture
    • Advocate for team members at all levels, applying equal weight to individual, leader and company priorities to be part of good decision-making for a variety of items
    • Regularly connect with team members and leaders to understand career, development and performance goals, and drive alignment
    • Maintain HRIS data integrity, including timecards, offer letters, employee files, pay and benefits
    • Work with Payroll and Finance to process payroll changes
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Process and maintain all leave of absence requests, employment claims, worker's compensation administration/reporting, and help resolve health insurance claims with benefits and broker partners
    • Maintain company policies and procedures, benefits and pay practices documentation in conjunction with the HR leadership and functional team members
    • Anticipate current and future needs within the Company and bring creative solutions to meet the challenges
    • Aid HR team with HR metrics that are meaningful for leaders for decision making and provide intelligence to current challenges and future needs
    • Foster a positive work environment and company culture that maintains high retention across the organization, including initiatives, events, and rewards for employees
    • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Provide expert guidance to management, and employees when complex and sensitive item arise
    • Ensure HR practices are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and be the expert that reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 7+ years of Human Resources experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other relevant field of study, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Experience utilizing metrics to influence sound decisions
    • Experience creating best practices that drive high performance or efficiencies
    • Experience with HRIS databases
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to create transparency and confidence that has influence
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    • Ability to apply discretion and sensitivity while working with confidential information
