CORE OUTPUT STATEMENT AND DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
- The Risk Management Specialist must use rigorous statistical and mathematical analytics principles, business knowledge and system design principles to aid in the identification, prevention, and overall management of risk for First Capitol Consulting's client base across its portfolio of products and services offerings. First Capitol Consulting's product portfolio is organized around four core value proposition focuses:
(1) Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance,
(2) Workforce Management,
(3) Financial Performance Optimization, and
(4) Data Quality Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct analyses to assess risks and implement plans and strategies to optimize business performance
- Must be proficient in the identification and diagnosis of exposure to various operational risks that can cause damage or financial loss to the organization being analyzed.
- Must blend a strong mathematical and statistical proficiency with the capacity to perform and create custom algorithmic programming using statistical programming languages including R and PYTHON, as well as statistical and data modeling tools such as ALTERYX and TABLEAU
- Create customized business intelligence data automation workflows for critical client data transformation and analysis, overseeing the extraction, receipt, storage and security of highly sensitive data from client technology platforms.
- Responsible for the delivery of business intelligence reports composed of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Key Risk Indicators (KRI's), and other specialized workforce analytics insights.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with preparation of key client communications and performance of Penalty Risk Assessment audits for prospective clients of Trusaic.
- Transform, consolidate, validate and cleanse data from client technology platforms and databases
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM DUTIES:
- Experience using R, Python, and/or Alteryx
- Experience working within data quality management
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, OR TRAINING DESIRED:
- The minimum educational requirement for the Risk Management Specialist, Workforce Analytics is a Master's level-degree in a quantitative analytics related field, with an emphasis on business analytics.
