Responsibilities: • Oversee daily truss production operations, including cutting, assembly, and pressing. • Lead a team of 10-15 sawyers and fabricators, assigning tasks and providing training. • Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and workflow to meet deadlines. • Enforce safety protocols and quality standards per industry regulations. Qualifications: • 3+ years in truss manufacturing or a similar woodworking/metal fabrication supervisory role. • Knowledge of truss design software (e.g., Alpine or Mitek) and machinery operation. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus. Compensation: $18 - $26 hourly
