WHAT WE OFFER We support our team so they can do their best work: • Competitive pay: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, plus benefits • Full-time Remote: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm Pacific Time • Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with 3% employer match • Profit-sharing opportunities Responsibilities: Case Management • Manage probate and trust administration files with confidence and minimal supervision • Draft petitions, pleadings, accountings, correspondence, and supporting documents • Review probate notes and ensure timely, accurate court filings • Record legal documents with the County Recorder • Prepare concise case summaries for attorney review • Prepare trust administration and probate-related documents for attorney and client review **Client & Communication ** • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clarity, compassion, and professionalism throughout their matter • Coordinate attorney calendars, appointments, and deadlines • Utilize MyCase, our practice management system, for client communication and coordination • Maintain well-organized, compliant digital files on MyCase and Microsoft SharePoint Qualifications: • 3+ years of paralegal experience in California estate planning, probate, and trust administration • Strong working knowledge of California Probate Law • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred (not required) • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong computer proficiency • Experience with LLCs and corporate matters is a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly DOE + benefits
