We are seeking a highly analytical, full-time Associate estate planning attorney with strong negotiation and organizational skills to join our growing firm. You will create various forms of trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents for our clients and their families, while educating them on their function and utility. To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions, this role demands a high degree of responsibility. Responsibilities: What You’ll Own: ****Client Representation & Case Management • Active participation in client matters from initial consultation through plan design, drafting, execution, and completion • Ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience throughout the planning process • Adhering to timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to keep matters moving efficiently ****Estate Planning Design & Drafting • Design, draft, and review basic and advanced estate planning documents tailored to client needs • Prepare wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, asset protection strategies, and related documents • Review documents for legal accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client goals ****Client Meetings & Counseling • Meet directly with clients to understand goals, explain legal options, and provide clear guidance • Translate complex legal concepts into practical, understandable advice • Build trust-based, long-term client relationships ****Professional Collaboration & Firm Growth • Collaborate with financial advisors, wealth managers, CPAs, and other professionals • Contribute to firm growth through relationship building and excellent client service • Support continuous improvement of firm processes and client experience ****Team Collaboration • Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and operations staff to deliver high-quality work • Lead matters in alignment with firm standards, workflows, and values • Serve as a positive, collaborative presence within the firm ****Our Core Values ****All candidates must align with Legacy Law Group’s values: ****We Care – genuine care for clients, teammates, and outcomes Seek Excellence – high standards in both effort and execution Growth Mindset – coachable, reflective, continuously improving Clarity – direct communication, clean handoffs, no ambiguity Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in estate planning, asset protection, and trust administration • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Active Tennessee Bar license or ability to obtain promptly upon hire • L.M. is a plus • Strong client communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills • Experience withis a strong plus • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, growing firm Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 plus bonus
