    About the Job: Government non-profit agency looking for a professional recordkeeping candidate to assistmaintaining 401(a) defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) retirement plan recordsfor over 260 municipal relationships across Oklahoma.

    Job Description: The Trust Clerk is responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of 401(a) defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) retirement plan records for more than 260 municipal employer relationships across Oklahoma. The position ensures accurate processing, timely deposit entry, and reliable recordkeeping to support Recordkeeping and Distribution Teams.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process enrollment forms, beneficiary updates, demographic changes, and address updates in PAS.
    • Monitor secure file uploads and verify required documentation.
    • Assist with DB/DC contribution and loan data entry, balancing, and daily depositprocessing.
    • Support monthly pension payments, lumpsum distributions, and retiree account updates.
    • Assist in preparation of pension award letters and RMD processing.
    • Assist with monthly reconciliations as needed.
    • Scan and organize member documents and contribution records.
    • Support annual financial and GASB audits.
    • Monitor plan reporting status and flag delinquent contributions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • _ Education and/or Experience:_ High School diploma and two years related experience and/or training preferred.
    • _ Language Skills:_ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
    • ** Mathematical Skills:** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
    • ** Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • ** Computer Skills:** Excel, with pivot table experience preferred, and Microsoft Word.
