We are seeking a Program Manager to support the Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) to provide baseline services to the CIO/G6, above baseline services to all AvMC organizations, and acquire ancillary IT materials as needed across the AvMC enterprise.

The duties and skills of the Program Manager position include but not limited to:
· The PM will lead efforts and ensure we provide qualified, skilled, and experienced and associated materials, supervision, travel, and ODCs necessary to satisfy the following performance requirements as authorized in Technical Directives.
· PM shall act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for this task order (TO); requirement is for a full-time, on-site PM to oversee all performance aspects of this PWS and to serve as the Contractor’s authorized interface with the KO, Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Government management personnel
· Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, and reviewing work discrepancies
· Responsible for supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
· Responsible for ensuring cost controls are in place and operating effectively and for ensuring schedules for projects, events, and deliverables are achieved
· Remain current and well versed in the latest IT technologies to include, but not limited, to, transitioning to cloud architectures, advanced analytics, and virtualized environments Manage acquisition and employment of project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the project
· Provide oversight and guidance in the planning, design, implementation and integration of all current and future projects
· Also provide expertise in managing, developing, collecting, and maintaining formal Army and DoD network configuration and Cybersecurity documentation and have experience with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and DoD Cybersecurity requirements
· Provide status information to the KO, COR, and CIO/G6 Management for all costs, schedules, and performance associated with the TO
· Promptly notify the KO, COR, and CIO/G6 Management of any incidents or risks that negatively affect contractor performance
· Be responsive to incidents identified by the Government, including elevating issues within their chain of command, as appropriate
Requirements:
· A minimum of a Top Secret (TS) security clearance to support contract requirements
· A Bachelor’s degree and at least ten (10) years of project management experience managing complex projects of a similar scope and complexity
· Active ITIL V4 certification
· It is desired that the PM has the following qualifications:
· An active certification in at least one of the following:
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) ** __**
** - PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)** ** __**
· PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)
· Master’s degree in a business or technical field (e.g., Business Management, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar)
Opening: Part time- Oral Presentation conducted in late Feb/early March 2022. Full-time by summer 2022.
Term: Base and four (4) Option Periods
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Alternate Schedule available.
