We are seeking a qualified Administrative Program Manager supporting The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Missouri. The duties and skills of the Administrative Program Manager position include but not limited to: · Provide Administrative Support Services for thirty-seven (37) positions throughout the State of Missouri. Travel may be required to other NRCS Field Offices, Area Offices, State Offices and any other work and satellite locations across Missouri to support the NRCS mission. · Assist Missouri Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)staff with the assimilation of program documentation, development of correspondence, checking documents for accuracy, processing payments, maintaining spreadsheets, etc. · Monitors and tracks commencement and expiration of agreements and prepares agreement modifications. · Review’s contract obligating documents and assist in internal auditing of agreements. Work shall be completed in accordance with NRCS policies and procedures. · Employee shall possess excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Maps.
