    Trust Consulting Services is searching for a motivated and experienced Quality Control Officer, to guarantee that our business processes and transactions follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines. The ideal candidate will be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Trust Consulting Services, Inc. is a certified 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB firm specializing in Acquisition Management, Security Management, Program Management, Financial Management, and Information Technology in support of state, local and federal agencies. We are currently seeking to fill 5 (five) Full-time and Part-time Security Guard Quality Control Agent positions in the Baltimore Maryland area. Monday - Friday: 10:00AM -5:00PM Responsibilities: Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program. Develop and review company policies. Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk. Assess company operations to determine compliance risk. Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes. Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience working in the Security Guard Protection field A comprehensive understanding of the District of Columbia and Federal requirements pertaining to Armed and Unarmed Officers An awareness of the Security Officer’s Management Branch (SMOB) requirements An awareness of the Occupational & Professional Licensing Administration (OPLA) requirements The ability to produce high-quality reports using such software as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
