We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Growth and Business Development Manager. This role will focus on obtaining contracts with the Intelligence Community agencies. As our Growth and Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and establishing strong relationships within the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue contract opportunities within the Intelligence Community agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the Intelligence Community.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of the Intelligence Community agencies.
- Lead the entire business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, capture planning, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, policies, and emerging requirements within the Intelligence Community.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our organization and identify new business prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully obtaining contracts within the Intelligence Community agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Intelligence Community, its structure, agencies, and contracting processes.
- Strong network of contacts within the Intelligence Community, including decision-makers and program managers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Compensation
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with experience.
