Program Analyst (Level II) and Technical Support – TSO

THE DUTIES AND SKILLS OF THE PROGRAM ANALYST POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Program Analyst II via this labor category will provide expert support to the TSO Budget Analyst on multiple projects.
· Monthly assignments will include maintenance of the Status of Funds (SOF) and the Open Orders Tracker.
· Annually, the Program Analyst will be assigned to support the Program Planning process.
· On an ongoing basis, the PAA will support the development, implementation, and messaging on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Contract Officer Representative (COR) consultation, and Finance and Acquisition Community of Practice (F&A COP) meetings and information exchange.
· Program Analyst II via this labor category will support and work in coordination with the Program Analyst II and support the Program Budget Analyst in all assignments, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proficiency working with Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. TEAMS) and financial systems (i.e. DELPHI).
· Required Bachelor' s degree and minimum of 4 years' experience
OPENING: IMMEDIATE ($1000 SIGN-ON BONUS)
