We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized full-time, Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a key member of our executive team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and supporting the CEO in his daily activities.
Job Description
Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring effective time management and coordination of meetings and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning processes.
- Proactively anticipate the CEO's needs and prioritize tasks to optimize their productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as MS Office Suite and calendar management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- $72,000 per year
