    BUDGET ANALYST Minimum of 7 years of government experience required Trust Consulting Services, Inc. is a certified 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB firm specializing in Acquisition Management, Program Management, Financial Management, Information Technology and Facility Management in support of state, local and federal agencies. We have an immediate opening for a qualified Budget Analyst (BA) who will support the Department of Transportation National Highway Transportation Safety Administration. The duties of the Budget Analyst include: Assisting with the review and preparation of the agency budget submissions for all stages of the annual budget process, including the development of narratives, exhibits, and tables; Performing and reviewing the entry of budget data into the MAX system for incorporation into the President’s Budget to Congress; Preparing and executing the administrative and programmatic budgets of the agency (e.g. preparing/reconciling various budget tracking spreadsheets & IAAs; assisting with the drafting of other procurement documents); Reviewing existing and developing new standard operating procedures; Assisting with the preparation of SF-132 apportionments and Advice of Allotments; Reconciling incoming Interagency Agreements for all open accounting years; Assisting with the preparation of monthly Budget Execution reports; Assisting with the preparation of bi-weekly salary execution reports. The Budget Analyst will be required to work with DOT-specific databases such as DELPHI, PRISM, and MAX A-11 Data Entry. The individual will also be required to work with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, and SharePoint.
