Job Description

NO EXPERIENCED NEEDED FOR FULL TIME SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITIONS FOR OUR DALLAS LOCATION. YOU MUST EMBODY EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN A PERSONABLE, CONFIDENT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. In this position, you will engage one on one with customers daily to form long lasting connections. You will act as a service advisor, helping our customers find solutions for their needs. You will be expected to generate and spark new sales within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

FULL TIME ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TRAINING WILL INCLUDE:

• Actively acquire and grow our customer base
• Deliver personable presentations and cross-price analysis
• Use our client’s product portfolio to market and upsell services
• Prospect and develop new, exciting customer relationships
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Creates a high energy and fantastic experience for customers by engaging and modeling appropriate customer service behaviors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Detail oriented and hardworking
• Self-disciplined and accountable to set and meet personal sales metrics
• Team player mentality to collaborate with team to achieve company goals
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a high energy, competitive work environment
• A valid driver’s license
