CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST
TRUST POINT HCM (HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT) is a leading provider of payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and human resource software solutions. THE ROLE
- The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for Time/Labor Management, Payroll and Human Resource functions for customers within the Kronos Workforce Ready platform. This position will assist with the overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes training, problem solving, and achieving high levels of customer success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Own the overall relationship and serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
· Make any needed adjustments and submit payroll.
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time.
- Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members.
- Ensures accurate maintenance of time records, overtime, vacation tracking, sick leave, bonus, and bonus payments.
- Processes garnishments for payroll deductions, including calculations, tracking, and submitting for payment to the appropriate agencies.
- Ensure customer and vendor information is up to date (bill to, addresses, billing contact, etc.)
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the team.
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related studies
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation
- High attention to details with strong organizational skills
- Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Ability to function in an autonomous, deadline-driven environment—independent worker, self-directed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- UKG (KRONOS WORK FORCE READY) SOFTWARE A BIG PLUS
- Payroll certifications (FPC or CPP) a plus
- 3+ years of experience working with Payroll
- 3+ years of experience reconciling and filing payroll tax returns
- Knowledge of payroll tax laws and reporting requirements, experienced and fluent in local, multi-state and federal tax responsibilities.
- Experienced and fluent in payroll compliance including regulations regarding earnings, deductions/garnishments, taxes, and benefits.
- Comfortable with remote/hybrid work
