    A highly respected law firm with deep roots in the New England legal community is seeking to expand its Trust and Estate Planning team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney—or a small group of attorneys (solo with associates)—to join a collegial, high-performing, and stable firm with a longstanding reputation for excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on advanced estate planning and probate matters

    • Design and implement tax-efficient estate strategies including income tax minimization, asset protection, and trust administration

    • Draft sophisticated estate planning documents and oversee complex estate and trust administration

    • Collaborate with firm partners while maintaining and growing your own client base

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) required; LL.M. in Taxation preferred

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in private practice with a focus on complex estate planning and probate

    • Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire (or eligible to waive in)

    • Portable book of business required

    • Familiarity with MA and NH probate and tax law is essential

    • Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of experience and plan to remain in practice for 15+ more years
