    TrustRadius helps millions of B2B buyers every year by providing them with unbiased in-depth reviews from their peers. We also help vendors engage and convert more buyers with our first-party intent data and tools to put their customer's voice to work, authentically and at scale.

    As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in the growth of our sales pipeline.  You will identify and qualify sales opportunities, partner with our sales team to determine the accounts that require penetrating, target those accounts, respond to inbound leads, and set initial appointments. This role will encompass research, outreach, collaboration, time management, pipeline development, and thorough communication. You'll need to be comfortable and confident in communicating with C-level prospects.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Lead & Appointment Generation:

     

    • Responsible for producing qualified leads and appointments between the prospects and Account Executives.

    • Partner with Account Executives to prospect targeted account lists, build relationships with key decision-makers to identify project and business needs.

    • Go beyond the given lists to expand your book of business.

    • Maintain strong relationships with sales and growth marketing teams through clear communication and follow-up.

    1. Internal Communication:
    • Provide feedback to the Marketing team on the quality of inquiries/leads obtained through various Marketing/Sales vehicles and provide input for future campaigns and promotions.
    • Always be communicating with other team members and leadership on what you need
    1. Continuous Learning & Professional Development:
    • Constantly improve sales skills, sales development skills, and product and market knowledge by actively reaching out to other people in the company.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all TrustRadius' product offerings through marketing materials, enablement resources, and participation in product demonstrations and client meetings.

    • Experience with tools including Salesforce, Salesloft or Outreach, and other core sales and sales development tools
