    TrustRadius is looking for a smart operations whiz to join our Research team.

    We are a review site for business technology—think TripAdvisor for software. We have 200,000+ reviews and ratings across thousands of business software products on our site. We are changing how software is bought and sold— through real and verified content. Every review and rating is vetted by a team of moderators. You'll have the opportunity to work with people who inspire, share, evolve, and exceed.

    As a part-time Review Moderation Operations Associate, you will play a fundamental role in the satisfaction of our reviewer and vendor communities through moderation. You will be helping us manage the review queue flow including but not limited to prioritizing, auditing, and vetting. After you learn the ins and outs of our systems, you train and coach new moderators as we grow our team. You will also monitor internal systems for requests, handle escalated issues following our established protocol, and investigate possible fraud. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage our review queue, prioritizing as needed
    • Monitor multiple lines of internal communication for assistance needs
    • Research and problem solve when problems arise for both reviewers and customers 
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of written professionalism with all reviewers and customers
    • Train new team members on review processing procedures
    • Coach other team members to improve internal processes including review processing
    • Maintain customer service, market perception, and site user satisfaction.
    • Assist with other operational tasks including but not limited to review processing, off-cycle incentive disbursement, helpdesk ticketing, etc. ad hoc

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to work 30 hours a week, flexible schedule but must work 4+ hours on Mondays and Wednesdays
    • Prior customer support experience preferred
    • Bonus, candidate has experience working with Salesforce  or other CRM database
    • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, prioritize work, and strong time management skills are required
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle a robust flow of issues, including from difficult users.
    • Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
    • Enjoys working closely to solve problems all the way through to resolution
    • A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done
    • Curious and always learning new things
