Hours: Monday through Thursday : 9:30-7 PM Friday: 9:30- 5:45
We are National Real Estate Investment Company. We buy homes directly from homeowners. Our office is currently focused on the entire state of Florida.

This is a heavy sales position which will require a lot of negotiating and follow up.
We have prescreened leads from our international cold callers.
Compensation: 24,000-36,000 per year plus commission. Pay based on experience and sales competence level.

Responsibilities:
-Handling inbound leads from homeowners to find a solution that works for them and us.
-Setting appointments with our agents to inspect properties and meet with homeowners.
-Using comparable sales to understand home values.
-Building a robust pipeline to close deals immediately and down the road.
Qualifications:
-Prefer someone with acquisitions experience in this specific field: Real Estate Wholesaling.
-Sales experience preferably in real estate: preferably Telesales: INSURANCE experience is excellent. Anyone with experience in customer service or cold calling is great.
-Money motivated and drive for success.
-Must be able to handle rejection.
-Bi-lingual preferred but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
