    Job Description

    FLSA Status: Exempt

    Summary: The Accounts Receivable Associate reports directly to the Payroll / Accounting Manager. This position leads the company’s AR tracking and collections efforts. This position will play an important role in the daily operations of the Company and will partner closely with the Payroll team.

    Position Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

    · Build an ongoing relationship with our vendors A/P contacts to ensure timely payments

    · Communicate with vendors to request payments for aging invoices

    · Update client accounts based on payment or contact information

    · Upload timesheet information to vendor management systems (VMS) to ensure timely payments

    · Review and approve timesheets in the VMS. Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure full payment is received.

    · Enter Remittance details in QuickBooks

    · Compile and Present Reporting for AR Impact meetings

    · Conduct audits as requested by the company to ensure all documentation is accurate

    · Support billing and payroll teams as needed

    · Other job duties as assigned

    Required Skills/Expertise:

    · Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Detail oriented, accurate and organized.

    · Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

    · Superior problem-solving and mathematical skills.

    · Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

    Desired:

    · Staffing agency accounts receivable experience

    · Basic bookkeeping knowledge, QuickBooks experience preferred

    Required education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or 4+ year relevant work experience

    Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
