SUMMARY OF OVERALL PURPOSE
Under the direction of the AVP of Sales Operations, the Salesforce.com Administrator will serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for Salesforce.com and multiple related sales / expense / analytical tools in support of our Sales and Marketing teams. The SFA will administer the Salesforce.com application, including development of the vision and roadmap for sales and marketing systems, integration of Salesforce with other business systems in the division, process development and training.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
PREFERRED
Salesforce.com administrator certification with two to five years of experience administering Salesforce.com in a sales and marketing environment, with an emphasis on implementation, system support, maintenance and enhancement
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal Trustmark staff and third-party vendors
Detail-oriented and able to stay on task and keep others on task, as needed
Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable asking questions and seeking answers
Strong oral communication skills, willingness to acknowledge inquiries and be responsive/proactive with current project requests and status
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science or other related field preferred
Familiarity with analytics and/or database management with the ability to develop meaningful reports preferred
Expertise in data integration and data management methods and tools
Ability to successfully communicate with both technical and LOB executives, garner senior-level support and respect with knowledge of the organizational culture, sales and marketing processes, in-depth knowledge of CRM strategy and systems
Ability to interact w/business users and translate business needs into solutions
