    Our client, a Seattle-based law firm, is looking for a Trust & Estates Litigation Associate to join their team.     This role focuses on handling trust, estate, and probate litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution, including drafting litigation documents, conducting legal research, developing case strategy, and participating in depositions, hearings, and settlement discussions.

    This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with litigation experience in trust, estate, or probate disputes who is looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative and high-quality practice.

    Attorney Responsibilities:

    • Support cases from early evaluation through resolution or trial
    • Handle a variety of trust, estate, and contested probate litigation matters
    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
    • Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
    • Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement discussions
    • Collaborate with attorneys and clients in a team-oriented environment

    Attorney Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of litigation experience
    • Trust & estates or probate litigation experience strongly preferred
    • Strong academic credentials
    • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Licensed and in good standing (Washington preferred or eligible)
