Trusts & Estates Paralegal – Cleveland, OH

Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our Cleveland office.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with four days in-office and one flexible work-from-home day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with probate and trust administration, including preparing necessary filings and correspondence.
• Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Coordinate asset transfers, distributions, and funding of trusts.
• Draft and file court documents related to estate and trust matters.
• Communicate directly with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to facilitate estate and trust administration.

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of four years of experience of being a paralegal or legal assistant in trusts & estates, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong background in probate and trust administration.
• Experience preparing federal estate tax returns is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in significant direct client contact
