Responsibilities: • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Qualifications: • Previous work in a customer-facing position • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 on target
