We are developing an automated, benchtop diagnostic system to provide lab-accurate results in 20 minutes for a comprehensive suite of health tests. Our proprietary approach, for which we are seeking FDA clearance, is intended to fulfill the promise of delivering accessible and affordable blood testing from one small blood sample, in minutes, in a retail setting or private clinic.

    JOB SUMMARY

    This Recruiter role is responsible for the recruitment process and full life cycle recruiting including interviewing and hiring of professional and executive level candidates. This role interacts extensively with the recruiting team and human resources to meet the needs of the business. Recruiters develop proactive recruiting plans and strategies with the hiring manager and supports the talent acquisition goals and initiatives. This is a 6 month temp-to-hire position.  It reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Source top talent using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
    • Work with talent team and hiring managers to create SLA’s and positive candidate experience
    • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
    • Pre-screen resumes and submitted applicable candidates to the hiring manager
    • Promote Truvian’s brand and core values to candidates and external service providers
    • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing processes
    • Use behavioral interviewing to access candidate qualifications
    • Facilitate offer process and negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
    • Meet monthly KPIs as assigned
    • Create job postings and position requirements as needed
     
    

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

    • BACHELOR’S DEGREE AND 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE with a combination of both corporate and agency experience 
    • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF RECRUITING within the Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostics or Healthcare industries required
    • STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, especially the ability to be able to network and establish professional relationships
    • EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL SKILLS to track metrics and interpret date for strategic recruiting campaigns
    • ABILITY TO MEET niche, technical, and high-volume recruiting goals
    • TAKES INITIATIVE and thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment; and
    • STRONG SOURCING ABILITY (within an ATS, LinkedIn, events social media networks, job boards etc.) and ability to source both passive and active candidates
