    **Highlights:
    Position Title: **Contract Administrator
    Location: Oakland, CA 94612
    Duration: 960 hours
    Work Schedule: M-F

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

    • The ideal candidate will have Contract/Compliance Analyst and/or Regulatory Compliance and Policy/Contract Administrator background.

    • We are looking for candidates with demonstratable skills and experience in Contract Administration and Regulatory Compliance specifically.

    • General knowledge of the elements of the DBE, SB Elements, MSBE, SB, and the Non-Discrimination Program for Subcontracting.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in preparing and presenting reports that utilize quantitative and qualitative analytical methods, memorandums, programs, and presentations.

    • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to effectively complete concurrent assignments within respective deadlines.

    • Administer and manage the District’s Equity Programs (Programs) and monitor construction and procurement contracts during pre- and post-award activity phases.

    • Responsible to train and supervise assigned personnel to ensure the District’s Programs are being applied in BART contracts and bidding opportunities.

    • Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure program and project implementation.

    • Recommend in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
