    Job Description

    ROLE: DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

    LOCATION: OAKLAND CA(ONSITE JOB)

    DURATION: SHORT TERM TEMPORARY ELECTION WORK 2-3 WEEKS

    This is for an upcoming election program in Oakland CA and pays $24.14/hr

    In this temporary client-facing position, you will be performing the general clerk role with the following basic duties:

    • Data Entry in Excel and Word
    • Attending multiple phone calls
    • Assist at outreach events (registering guests and entering their information)
    • You may need to drive across various Bay Area locations

    The ideal candidate would have 1+ years of experience in an office environment & be very customer/client-centric and.

    • Stellar Communication & -Customer Service Skills
    • Computer Savvy
    • Data Entry Skills in Excel
    • Ability to lift material/boxes that weigh up to 25 Lbs.
    • Ability to stand for extended amounts of time
    • A Valid California Driver’s License and your own transportation
