Tsunami Sushi is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Managers to support our Downtown and Highland Road locations in Baton Rouge. These key roles will focus on inventory management, hiring and training, and guest experience leadership — all while helping us build a stronger, more efficient front-of-house operation.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing FOH inventory and ordering to keep operations smooth and efficient

Leading hiring, onboarding, and training for FOH staff

Elevating guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and fast, thoughtful issue resolution

Collaborating with the GM and leadership team to uphold brand standards and drive team performance

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $40,000/year

Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually

Health Insurance available

Full-time role, with flexibility to support both Baton Rouge locations as needed
