We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager. This key role will focus on hiring and training, and guest experience leadership — all while helping us build a stronger, more efficient front-of-house operation.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintain a visible presence on the floor, especially during peak periods

Create a welcoming environment that drives repeat business

Leading hiring, onboarding, and training for FOH staff

Support and coach staff on hospitality best practices

Elevating guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and fast, thoughtful issue resolution

Collaborating with the GM and leadership team to uphold brand standards and drive team performance

Managing FOH inventory and ordering to keep operations smooth and efficient

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $40,000/year

Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually
