RECRUITER DUTIES:

• Bring joy to people when you offer them career changing jobs with top companies! • Elevate your income and career while learning about different jobs and connecting with candidates. • Unlimited upside in compensation with strong financial foundation from base salary of the position.

• Collaborate with mgt. on the time & resources you are allocating for your open positions. • Actively engage in supplier calls with hiring managers for new openings • Review resumes to source valuable candidates • Phone screen candidates to evaluate suitability for open positions • Proficiently interact with internal team to optimize processes and increase productivity

RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Team player who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. People from a competitive background excel in this industry. • Ability to compose and deliver effective written and oral communications • Efficient in multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred

We offer a competitive base salary (this is not an hourly / job, this is a salaried career job), monthly commissions (every hour an associate of ours is billing at our clients you generate income from that), quarterly incentives, and full benefit package with 401K.
