To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
· Move materials in the plant as required
· Ensure parts and containers are placed at workstations as required
· Document incoming materials as required
· Complete required paperwork/labeling for shipments
· Empty trash for appropriate disposal
· Participates in activities to support environmental efforts
· Participate in activities to support continuous improvement
· Contribute in efforts to maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Process hourly/daily paperwork as required
· Check fluid levels
· Comply with Autokiniton’s values and policies
· Use scale for weigh control purposes
· Use handheld scanner
· Be capable of working together as a team when needed.
· Other duties as assigned by the Materials Manager/Supervision
This full-time hourly role is a part of our Belleville Plant 2 team and reports to the Production Supervisor.
Required experience:
· Fork Truck license. Pass written test and demonstrate safe operation of a powered industrial vehicle.
· Ability to complete visual quality inspections
· Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety guidelines.
· Good verbal and written communication skills as evidenced in peer relations.
· Ability to lift/pull/push loads of up to-35 lbs at an expected rate
· Ensure plant safety procedures are known and followed
· Sets a Positive Example
· Assists other colleagues
· Perform additional responsibilities as directed
· Candidates must be flexible, adaptable to change
· Candidates must have No active disciplinary on file and have an excellent work ethic
· Candidates must possess an excellent attendance record – 4 points or less
· Must be willing and able to work Overtime as requested
· Must be able to communicate clearly and work as a team in resolving issues

Responsibilities
Enter into Written Collaborative Practice Agreements and/or a Collaborate Relationship with the STGI’S Practitioners, depending on state specific requirements;
Provide supervision and collaborative oversight for STGI’S Practitioners who provide STGI’S Practitioner Services in the Service Area, consistent with the Collaborative Practice Agreements and any applicable Protocols, and in accordance with applicable state and federal law;
Review a representative sample of STGI’S Practitioner Service records at least once every three months, or more often as required by law or by STGI’S, to evaluate whether the STGI’S Practitioner Services were provided congruent with applicable Protocols; provide results of such review to STGI’S and the applicable STGI’S Practitioner; and maintain copies on site for possible regulatory agency review;
· Be available to the STGI’S Practitioner for consultation, as needed, either on site or by electronic access, including but not limited to, telephone, facsimile and email, during normal business hours;
· Attend trainings and orientations arranged and required by STGi’s, if applicable, such events not to exceed once per month, and be available to participate in conference calls with STGI’S’s Medical Director as may be requested from time to time;
· Maintain such records and furnish such reports regarding provision of the STGi’s Practitioner Services, including monthly time records appropriately describing the Services rendered, in the form and at such times as required by STGI’S
· Maintain compliance with STG International policies, procedures and mission statement;
· Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within STG International Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
· Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by STGI for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;
· Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function;
