SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

Support overall account team, with specific focus on the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of national marketing campaigns for a large national QSR brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Support in overall day-to-day account management

·         Co-lead status calls with client

·         Manage project timelines

·         Review and QC client deliverables

·         Coordinate and manage primary ordering windows for national campaigns

·         Coordinate and manage support for late ordering of supplemental and replacement materials

• Prepare and present reports for other departments to fulfill and support programs
• Maintain good working relationships with clients to create an enabling atmosphere necessary for future business deals

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or BA, with Business Administration or Marketing focus

• 1-2 years experience in a Marketing or Advertising role

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
