    Job Description

    FP &A

    • Support the Finance Department efforts in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Business Decision Support functions relating to RBNY, RBA, and RBNY Academy.
    • In coordination with the Director, Finance, the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, support the company’s Financial Planning process. This includes support over the company’s Annual Business Planning Process, which is a standard global process across all Red Bull subsidiaries.
    • Support the maintenance, improvement, and utilization of financial models detailing all revenue streams, expenses and capital expenditures to create detailed, bottoms up budgets and periodic forecasts.

    FINANCIAL MODELING

    • Provide support on all finance-related forward-looking analysis, including the development of ad-hoc models as requested by Senior Management, Red Bull HQ, and budget owners.
    • Work with Arena Operations and Sales teams to support the development of financial models and the assessment of profitability of proposed arena events, partnerships, and sponsorship deals.
    • Support the internal deal memo approval process and support the sponsorship team with P&L analysis on sponsor related deals.

    REPORTING

    • Support the production of the post-match Management Reporting Package, which includes key performance indicators on both the sporting and commercial areas and the consolidated monthly financial results.
    • Produce the daily tracking and reporting of ticket sales, detailing Risks and Opportunities for each match and overall season.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics is desirable).

    2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Business Strategy, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking.

    Prior experience with developing, managing, and analyzing financial models is a must.

    Prior experience working for a sports team, athletic department, entertainment venue/event, or in the media/entertainment industry is desirable.

    Additional Information

    The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 + cash incentives.
