General Errands (COVID Permitted). Requirements High School Diploma, Higher education preferred but not required. Previous Office Experience. Impeccable communication skills in person, email, and phone. Organizational skills i.e. time management, strategic planning, multi-tasking, etc. Proficiency in MS Office & Graphic/Web Design: You will be editing flyers and websites for the law firm, non-profit, and benefits plan. Experience with MS Office, WordPress, Photoshop and InDesign are a must!! Bilingual, preferably Spanish.
