Operating at the intersection of engineering, procurement, and power finance, they design, build, and commission generation infrastructure for data centers, manufacturing, and critical national infrastructure across all major platforms except nuclear.

The Opportunity
This is not a management role. This is a hands-on technical position for someone who knows GE aeroderivative turbines from the inside out and takes personal pride in keeping machines running right.
You’ll serve as a key technical expert for LM2500 and LM6000 turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and outage support across a growing power generation portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Turbine Maintenance & Field Troubleshooting
Serve as the primary technical lead for LM2500 and LM6000 turbine maintenance, outage management, and field troubleshooting
Perform and document Hot Section Inspections, combustion inspections, and major maintenance intervals
Conduct borescope evaluations, vibration data collection, laser alignment, and precision measurements
Support DLE/SAC combustion systems, water injection pumps, and NOx reduction equipment
Commissioning & Startup Support
Support new installation commissioning, including startup, checkout, and performance verification
Collaborate with control room operators and electrical technicians during black-start and forced-outage recovery
Participate in on-call rotation for plant startup support
Compliance, Documentation & Equipment Reliability
Maintain detailed logs of engine hours, starts, and performance trends for NERC/FERC compliance
Manage turbine package auxiliaries including inlet air filtration, enclosure ventilation, and fire suppression systems
Travel to project sites as needed to inspect, evaluate, or commission turbine equipment
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:
3–5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience on GE LM2500 and/or LM6000 aeroderivative gas turbines
GE Field Service Certification Level 1 or 2 preferred; equivalent documented training considered
Strong experience with borescope inspection, vibration analysis, laser alignment, and precision measurement tools
Expert-level LOTO and Arc Flash knowledge
Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, NFPA 70/NEC, and ILEE standards
Experience with balance-of-plant systems including HRSGs, condensers, and cooling towers
GE Mark VIe or Woodward MicroNet navigation experience preferred
A self-directed, gritty, accountable work style suited for a startup culture
Military Backgrounds Welcome
U.S. Navy veterans with GSM or MM ratings are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $115,000–$125,000
Exceptional candidates considered up to $135,000

Work alongside a team with 120+ years of combined power generation experience
Working Conditions
Primary location: Houston, TX shop facility; must be able to report on-site
Field travel required to job sites and inspection locations, domestic and potentially international
Ability to work in high-temperature environments near operating machinery
Extended shifts during spring and fall outage seasons
