    Job Description

    RESPONSIBLE TO:           

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This position will plan, direct, coordinate and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. This dynamic leader maintains proactive communication and will contribute in maintaining and developing a strong infrastructure that can successfully support current and future needs. This person is a problem solver that can think outside the box while applying their experience to collaborate with the Director of Operations in developing and implementing processes that ensure the organization is profitable and sustainable.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage team to meet performance goals and objectives as set forth by the Director of Operations
    • Facilitate team meetings to ensure targets are being met
      • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly
      • Provide guidance and mentorship to team
      • Employee development activities
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities
    • Work with the Director of Operations to generate strategic policies that are aligned with the organization’s growth objective
      • Strategic planning and implementation
      • Create SOP’s, manage new software launches, contribute to onboarding practices
    • Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations
    •  Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
    • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
    • Manages inventory levels by conducting physical counts to ensure accuracy, reconciling any errors
      • Alerting Director of Operations when accessory items are low to ensure new order is placed and we do not run out
    •  Ensure KPI’s and performance goals are being met and maintained
    • Develop and manage Corrective Action Plan’s as needed
      • Analyze and report daily metrics
