    Job Description

    ABOUT THE JOB

    VP of Marketing will lead and launch strategies throughout internal companies and accounts. You’ll direct the development and implementation of marketing business plans to align with company objectives. Research, create, and implement innovative strategies that will foster improvement of brands. Educate teams for process and performance assessment and analyze performance data for the purpose of driving key decisions around marketing objectives. Propose business needs and lead recruitment. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with all supporting groups. Maximize daily performance, future scalability, and growth opportunities for the business. Engage customers through marketing best practices while meeting targets set forth from senior management.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

     

    · Build, Lead, develop, and inspire our Marketing Team

    · Work directly with both our internal creative team and external agencies to create small-large scale marketing campaigns.

    · Develop and maintain key relationships with internal & external partners, driving a culture of collaboration to create achievable and

    measurable project plans

    · Mentor and progress the team, overseeing their work and performance in an in-person and remote environment

    · Create online content which enables a best-in-class experience for consumers while exceeding revenue and brand targets

    · Analyze trends, look at new data, and keep up with emerging and innovative approaches

    · Partner with division leaders to deliver content that is relevant at market level

    · Communicate the value proposition of products and services to build appropriate marketing tools to support campaigns and sales staff

    · Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing message through storytelling and people interaction

    · Translate marketing objectives into compelling and clear creative strategies

    · Understands our customers buying process. Identify areas where marketing material or strategies can help make the buying process easier by matching our product or service with customer needs.

    · Search and implement the latest technology enhancing efficiencies and end-user experience.

    · Capitalize on marketing trends, constantly developing new and improving existing targeting, acquisition and retention methods.

    · Build annual marketing plans from proposed marketing budgets and past data to ensure best return on investment.

    · Execute marketing plans to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness with in KPI targets

    · Measures KPI’s on an ongoing basis to evaluate if changes are needed

    · Support data-driven direct marketing strategies by measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of programs to not just hope, but “know” direct marketing campaigns will work.

    · Maximize profitability by controlling cost of service, offers, and labor efficiencies

    · Meet strict budgets

    · Partner with President in early stages of product development to ensure seamless handoff from concept to go-to-market

    · Guide all projects for the overall quality of work produced by the internal creative team and external agencies.

    · Strives working in a complex multi brand organization

    · Utilizes best strategies across brands to enhance results

    · Streamline synergy projects and resources across brands

    · Build ecommerce strategy and oversight

    · Own social media strategy and tactics that translate to companies objectives

    · Support company announcements and projects for new business objectives.

    · Oversees communications and branding across all platforms.

    · Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met

    · Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures all content is current and relevant and drives business opportunities.

    · Present business overview to company leadership stakeholders on a Weekly/Monthly basis.

    · Keep all projects and staff on schedule and manage master timeline for department

    · Oversee workflow, and resources used for projects across all creative functions (Production, Video, Design, Print, Etc) from intake through delivery and ensure project information is accurately reflected in established tools

    · Identify issues as/before they emerge and take proactive steps to resolve/prevent them

    · Compile a monthly Competitive & Market Assessment for all brands and propose change in strategy if needed.

    · Marketing Reflects, articulate, and promote the mission, vision, and core values

    · Utilize tools built to promote to dealers for additional revenue

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Eight to ten years of experience in marketing, five plus years in managerial experience preferred
    • Possess strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to change
