    Turion Space is seeking skilled Electrical engineers. We are a startup and small team. As an electrical engineer, you will assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of satellite electrical systems. You will work closely with the Turion Space team across software and hardware systems. You will own the power distribution and power supply system along with the electrical interface to all subsystems. Your creativity, experience, and ambition will directly impact the architecture of the vehicle's electrical systems as the missions increase in complexity. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly, generous equity compensation Responsibilities: • Assist in the spacecraft electrical systems architecture and design • Design circuits + PCBs for various spacecraft subsystems • Own the power distribution system • Own the electrical power system • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering • Experience developing electrical systems on spacecraft • Demonstrated ability to personally design, build, and test electrical systems from scratch • Capable of identifying and solving complex problems with little to no supervision or direction • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Software development experience in C++, Python, Matlab, or similar software • Experience with automated HW testing • Experience with electromechanical elements • Knowledge of radiation effects on semiconductorsTo conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. ITAR REQUIREMENTS Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
