We are looking for a kind, responsible, mature student interested in pursuing a career in the health or social service sectors to provide elder companion care every other weekend (from 5 PM on Friday - 8 AM Monday). This individual will live in the home over these weekends and have their own bedroom and bathroom. They will be expected to prepare three meals a day, provide minimal assist with toileting and hygiene, provide care for a small dog, and most importantly be a trusted, fun companion. Individuals interested are to provide a resume, and contact information for three references, and a statement of how providing elder companion care fits into their career plans. Applicants will need to have a driver's license, fully vaccinated for Covid-19 + boosters, and will undergo a thorough background check. Salary range is $18-20 per hour depending on prior work experience. We look forward to answering any questions from interested applicants.
