What You’ll Do

Save the Day: Perform hands-on restoration, water mitigation (IICRC standards), fire cleanup, and mold remediation.

Own the Job: Manage daily field schedules to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery.

Guide the Customer: Communicate clearly with property owners, explaining the restoration process and handling necessary paperwork.

Maintain the Gear: Keep company restoration tools and equipment clean, prepped, and ready for action.

Grow the Business: Spot opportunities to offer extra services and cross-train across different team roles.

What You Bring

Drive & Dependability: Self-motivated, great with time management, and cool under pressure.

Communication: Ability to connect professionally with clients, teammates, and supervisors.

Physical Capability: Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs.

Tech & Road Basics: Valid Driver’s License and basic computer literacy (spreadsheets, word processing, business apps).

Restoration or construction background is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right attitude!
