We're hiring experienced, big-hearted caregivers across the Greater San Diego area to support clients living with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's in the comfort of their own homes.

A Day in the Life No two days are the same, but here's what you can expect:

• Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers, plus gentle redirection for memory care clients
• Cooking meals and lending a hand at mealtimes
• Light housekeeping, errands, groceries, and prescription pick-ups
• Getting clients to appointments and out into the community
• Watching for changes in wellbeing and keeping the care team in the loop
• Being the steady, familiar face that makes someone's day feel safe

What You Bring

• Hands-on caregiving experience — memory care or neurodegenerative experience is a big plus
• Patience, reliability, and a heart for this work
• The ability to communicate clearly and kindly with clients, families, and coworkers
• Comfort following individualized care plans and adjusting as needs shift
• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and provide a current TB test
