This Turn2 Client is a leading financial services firm based in the DC Metro area.

We are partnering with them on a search for a Scrum Master for their Corporate Services Division. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Strong experience leading agile ceremonies including daily standups, planning meetings, backlog refinement, retrospectives, story pointing, story creation, acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with Enterprise SaaS solutions
• Previous scrum master experience or hold a scrum master certification.
• Ability to work and lead teams across multiple value streams, work in a high paced environment, be flexible to changing priorities
• Strong analytical skills, experience with requirements gathering, testing, data analysis
• Ability to identify, communicate, mitigate risks, remove blockers, implement continuous improvement for the team
• Software development experience/experience working with technical and functional scrum teams
• Experience working closely with the product owners and other stakeholders
• Dedication to stellar customer service
• Bachelors Degree is required to be considered.
