Hard Skills:
- Someone with an L&D background, interpersonal skills, and who can explain and train the customer service team on marketing automation etc.
- 1 year of marketing and love for teaching
- 3.5 GPA and higher
Tech Skills:
- Marketo for email marketing, newsletters, and keeping in contact with people (preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel and Word (required)
- Salesforce, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Dreamweaver experience (preferred but not required)
Education/Certifications/Years of Experience:
- A bachelor's degree is required (in marketing or business ideally)
- 1+ years of email marketing automation experience
