Our client is seeking a CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE to join their team!

CONTRACT TO HIRE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This person is the first impression of the company and will serve as a connection between advisors, clients and team.
- Provides administrative support to the office:
- Managing schedules, expenses, creates presentation material, manages contacts, types correspondence, creates reports, etc.
- Manages day-to-day facility maintenance to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Handles the ordering of all office supplies and inventory
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communicator, influencer and enthusiastic personality to support the vision, positive culture and environment.
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Extremely flexible individual that works well in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively, quickly and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience preferred
- Experience in financial services is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus!
