  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior leaders to assess business strategies and align them with organizational goals
    • Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders
    • Analyze learning and development needs and consult on solutions
    • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and proactively address issues
    • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure efficient workforce planning
    • Serve as a gatekeeper for role alignment and efficiency
    • Guide conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment
    • Ensure HR compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
    • Utilize data analytics to influence decision-making and provide thought leadership
    • Participate in recruitment and onboarding efforts
    • Assess organizational development needs and implement solutions
    • Provide insights into workforce trends and key metrics
    • Facilitate communication during organizational change processes

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnership roles
    • Experience in medium to large organizations preferred, focusing on strategic partnerships
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to manage organizational change effectively
    • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
    • Proficiency in learning new technological tools
    • Ability to adapt to vendor changes and learn new tools quickly
