Our client is seeking a Health Communications Specialist to join their team!

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Responsibilities:

• Responding to inquiries from researchers, health professionals and members of the public through email, phone, mail and social media channels.
• Using appropriate health information and research resources to develop accurate responses to inquiries and provide referrals, as necessary.
• Quick-turnaround knowledge acquisition about NIH and NIAID.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years or more of experience
• Experience in responding via written format to public inquiries
• Writing and research background using CRM
• Health degree and background
• NIH experience is a huge plus
• Call center or public inquiry team experience preferred
