  • Responsibilities

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Processing orders, customer service, and processing invoices
    • Provide solutions and support to existing customers as well as member services.
    • Process book orders
    • Shipping
    • Sending/receiving invoices
    • Processing credit orders
    • Creating invoices
    • Tracking orders
    • Purchase orders
    • Basic bookkeeping

    Must Haves:

    • 1-3 years’ experience with sales, call center, and managing product inventory.
    • Will need to be knowledgeable of accounting processes such as invoices, purchase order, basic bookkeeping, and customer service.
    • Tech savvy
    • Proficient in Office Suite 365 and Accounting processes is a must
    • Associates or equivalent experience with processing fulfillment.

    Nice to Haves:

    • Great Plains experience

    Schedule/In Office Policy: Part-time, M-F, 9:00am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm
