Main Responsibilities:
- Processing orders, customer service, and processing invoices
- Provide solutions and support to existing customers as well as member services.
- Process book orders
- Shipping
- Sending/receiving invoices
- Processing credit orders
- Creating invoices
- Tracking orders
- Purchase orders
- Basic bookkeeping
Must Haves:
- 1-3 years’ experience with sales, call center, and managing product inventory.
- Will need to be knowledgeable of accounting processes such as invoices, purchase order, basic bookkeeping, and customer service.
- Tech savvy
- Proficient in Office Suite 365 and Accounting processes is a must
- Associates or equivalent experience with processing fulfillment.
