    Job Description

    Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. This is a remote to hybrid full-time position.

    DUTIES

    o Retention and engagement initiatives such as engagement surveys, career pathing, working with Training Managers, recognition ideas, facilitating training workshops around writing PIP’s and coaching individuals, performance management with managers.

    o Supporting all areas of the organization, with a focus on the lending side of the business. o Someone who can understand what’s happening, meeting with employees/managers, doing retention visits, etc. o Looking over and monitoring turnover, analyzing data, able to tell a story of metrics. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: o Bachelor’s degree required. o Minimum of 5 years as a HR Generalist/Business Partner experience with emphasis in employee relations, engagement, development, retention, and recognition. o PHR/SPHR certification preferred o Previous experience working in a banking or financial institution environment strongly preferred.

    o Knowledge of employment law especially employee relations laws. o Good computer skills including MS Office, strong proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets. o Knowledge of compensation/salary administration and benefits. o Strong ability to lead and train others.
