    Job Title: Construction Project Manager

    Job Summary:

    • Design: Collaborate and liaise with architects, engineers, and designated designers to oversee all phases of construction projects. Manage submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Architect's Supplemental Instructions (ASIs), and all design alterations and directives.

    • Pre-Construction: Solicit estimates and proposals for all project aspects, including third-party testing, inspections, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. Work closely with the Vice President to formulate appropriate scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.

    • Construction: Coordinate documentation and execution of subcontractors and vendors. Assist the Superintendent in managing subcontractor and vendor workflows, delivery schedules, and project execution. Prepare schedule updates, budget variances, and ensure comprehensive organization and archival of all inspections.

    • Closeout: Gather all lien waivers, warranties, and user manuals. Complete all necessary inspections and meticulously archive project documentation.

    Job Title: Project Superintendent

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a full-time Superintendent/Field Project Manager to oversee multiple projects based in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate and manage all on-site activities, working closely with project teams including Project Managers, engineers, foremen, and field personnel.

    Superintendent Responsibilities:

    • Ensure timely acquisition of all necessary materials, equipment, and inspections to support project schedules.
    • Uphold site safety standards, conducting weekly safety meetings to ensure compliance with established company policies and regulations.
    • Collaborate with project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field personnel, labor, equipment, and materials.
    • Develop work plans and temporary facilities for projects.
    • Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
    • Manage overall project schedules and conduct on-site meetings with subcontractors and construction trades lead personnel.
    • Oversee subcontractors for all on-site work.

    Hard Skills Required:

    • Proficiency in managing Change Orders, Construction Safety, and Cost Control.
    • OSHA 30-hour certification.
    • Supervisory experience.

    Technical Skills Preferred:

    • Familiarity with Procore.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

    Education/Certifications/Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
    • No degree requirement.

    Schedule/Office Policy:

    • On-site position with occasional weekend and travel requirements to various construction sites.
