    • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks proactively.
    • Provide timely and accurate reports.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3+ years of customer support experience.
    • Committed to high-quality service and problem resolution.
    • Experience with CRM systems.
    • Professional demeanor, strong communication skills.
    • High energy, positive attitude, self-motivated.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
